Vehicle racing is an inherently dangerous sport with significant risk of personal injury or even death. Consumers participating in motor-sport activities accepts the risk inherent therein. Innovative Motorsport Solutions makes no warranty that the use of its products or parts guarantees personal safety or freedom from physical injury or operates as a life saving device. All of the items sold though IMS are for off road use only and have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and are not approved or recommended for street use.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. IMS reserve the right to adjust the price of any product sold through the Website at any time in our sole discretion. In the event that a product is listed on the Website at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, IMS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. IMS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, IMS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
